Each region of the Health Equity: Health Providers Train the Trainer Program is represented by a different consortium partner who leads the program and technical assistance in that area of Florida. See below for the current counties that are covered by each partner and the contact person(s) for each area. The intent of the program is to eventually extend its reach across the entire state of Florida; if you are located in a county that is not listed, please reach out to one of the Program Coordinators for more information.
